Is patient data secure?
Yes. All patient data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Each clinic's data is isolated using row-level security — no other clinic can ever access your records. We comply with DPDPA 2023 (India's data protection law) with built-in consent management and audit trails. We never sell or share patient data with anyone.
Can multiple doctors use the system?
Yes! Add as many doctors as you need. Each doctor gets their own login, appointment calendar, fee schedule, and queue. You can set different scheduling modes per doctor — one on token-based walk-ins, another on fixed slot appointments.
What about NMC prescription compliance?
OnePlaceHQ prescriptions are fully NMC 2023 compliant. All drugs use generic (INN) names from our curated database, your Medical Council registration number appears on every Rx, and dosage includes drug, dose, frequency, route, and duration as mandated. Prescriptions are auto-generated as PDFs and sent to patients via WhatsApp.
What is ABDM and do I need it?
ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) is India's national digital health framework. Over 84 crore ABHA health IDs have been created. While currently voluntary, it's rapidly becoming the standard — 62% of registered facilities still aren't using compliant software. OnePlaceHQ stores ABHA IDs and generates FHIR-compatible health records, so you're ready when it becomes mandatory.
